From Yuji’s perspective, the events of the previous chapter unfold. Observing Megumi’s reunion with Tsumiki, Yuji believes that all that remains is to unseal Gojo. He expresses gratitude to both his teacher and friend for allowing him to assist, but then Tsumiki requests the addition of a rule, which catches everyone off guard.

Kogane obliges and Megumi frantically inquires as to who she is, to which Tsumiki replies that she is her sister, Megumi Fushiguro.

In that instance, Sukuna utters the word “Extension,” the keyword of his Binding Vow, causing a forceful switch with Yuji. In quick succession, Sukuna knocks Hana unconscious and then instructs Megumi, who is in a state of shock, about the conditions of the Binding Vow.

He refers to it as a bet and tears one of his fingers after infusing it with cursed energy. Although the Binding Vow specifies that he must not inflict harm or take the lives of others for the one minute he holds control over the body, he is allowed to harm Yuji.

Megumi instantly tries to summon Mahoraga, but Sukuna covers his mouth, interrupting the incantation, and then feeds the cursed finger to Megumi. After a minute passes, Yuji regains consciousness and discovers that Sukuna has now taken over Megumi’s body.
